Turning Cents into Dollars: Earning BIG on Mylot...
Mylot is one of the most enjoyable and easiest ways to make some money online. They pay once a month on the fifteenth via paypal or e-gold. International members are welcome. You have from the 1st til the 31st of each month to accumulate earnings. The minimum payout is ten dollars, but you can select a higher option if you prefer.

If you are, then these tips will help you to maximise your earnings. Remember the only limitations on your earnings potential is those you place on yourself. Mylot does reward hard work, effort and quality. So it's not going to make you rich, but who couldn't use an extra hundred, or few hundred dollars a month?
First of all, Mylot is about interaction, so you need to be active, whether it is responding to discussions, starting new ones, uploading images or commenting. You get paid for your level of interaction.
Mylot does not reveal their earnings algorithym and it is against their guidelines to speculate about it. Please respect this and you'll go far.

There are a number of tips to improve your earnings, they are as follows:
1. Reply to quality discussions with a quality response of a minimum 4-6 lines, being as clear, informative and polite as possible. Try to contribute something new, and original to the discussion. Make an effort. Make sure you read the discussion carefally and respond relevantly.
2. If you are going to add an image to the discussion, or to your interests for that matter, make certain that it is related to the topic.Describe it as thoroughly as possible and tag it when prompted with relevant keywords. Do not use copyrighted images, and try to use smaller sized files (Not everyone has broadband and large files take forever to load). Do not use the same image more than once.
3. Avoid answering useless/bad topics as they will eventually be deleted and your earnings and rating will decrease accordingly.
4. Write in English, don't use one word/one sentence responses, and don't write nonsense.
5. Aim for best response every time you answer a discussion- because guess what? You get paid for it!
6. Add relevant tags to all responses when prompted, as many as possible.
7. Try not to be too pushy or argumentative, and try to make friends with other members, so that you can help one another out. Nobody wants a rude, arrogant friend.
8. Try to answer Questions with no responses, as these appear to earn more than popular topics, or topics that already have a response. Plus, it's a nice way to make new friends and to ensure that everyone gets their say, the same way you would like to be heard...
9. Set daily goals and try to be consistent. If you find a method that works for you, stick with it. Take in all advice offered, but only apply that which is relevant to you and helps you. Everyone is different and goes about things in a different way. My aim is to make 50 posts a day (both responses and discussions). Work out what yours will be and go for it.
10. Keep a record of your earnings if you like. Record how many responses you post in a day, and when your earnings update 24 hours later (they only update once a day so don't be alarmed if your posting away and your balance is still showing zero- the money will show up the next day!) jot down how much you earnt next to the discussions/responses posted...
11. Start quality discussions. Make them open for discussion rather than just statements. Make them relevent to a wide number of people. Update your interests page and where possible start a discussion from one of your interests. If you write a quality discussion, people will respond with quality. This will increase you earnings...
12. Controversial/Debatable topics will attract a lot of responses. But don't lie or create stupid discussions merely to generate replies. People will see through that and rate and report you accordingly.
13. Maintain the discussions you do start. Comment back to the first response or so, and then if it is still getting responses leave it alone for awhile. Come back to it when people start to lose interest and write comments to peoples responses.
14. Use the rate, report and mark best response features. This is interacting. If you do not feel strongly one way or another about a post do not rate it. Report abusive or offensive posts. Mark the best response to your discussion.
15. Referrals. Try and get some. I don't have any and it hasnt seemed to diminished my earning potential thus far but if you know others that would be interested send them your referral link and have them join up under you. You earn 25% of what they earn. Referrals are only good if they are active so only refer genuinely interested people. Remember for you to make money from them, they must make money.
